Enjoyed my 5 nights stay. The staff were nice and made me feel comfortable. Comforts of triple room were fabulous - central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The location was particularly good, a short way from old town. It took only 10 minutes to walk to King Street Shops bus stop.

We had a bit of a rough start when we arrived at the hotel and our room wasn't ready for check-in. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue and apologized for the inconvenience. They were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive, and we appreciated the spaciousness of the room. The location of the hotel was also great - it was convenient for exploring the area. The included breakfast was satisfactory, although a wider variety of options would have been nice. The value for the price we paid was reasonable. Despite the small hiccups, I would overall recommend this hotel for a short stay.

We were thrilled to discover the Real Club de Golf de Cerdanya just a short drive away from the hotel. It offered stunning views and a fantastic opportunity for the kids to learn and try their hand at golf. The kids were also captivated by the Vall d'Ordino Golf Course, where we spent an enjoyable afternoon challenging each other on the mini-golf course. The hotel's cable programming kept us entertained in the evenings, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of family fun.
My wife says that adding an indoor playroom for children would have been a great addition to the hotel facilities.

We enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, as it was close to the slopes and had easy access to nearby amenities. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, providing quick check-in and check-out process. the breakfast offered fresh bread, which was a nice touch.
The rooms were quite small and lacked sufficient space to open a suitcase comfortably. The beds were not very comfortable to sleep in, which affected our overall quality of rest.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being so close to the ski lifts and surrounded by shops. It was incredibly convenient for getting to the slopes. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive; both the room and bathroom were spotless. The staff were friendly and always on hand to help with any issues. I particularly appreciated their quick response when I called outside of reception hours. The breakfast, although limited in options, included fresh bread and was a nice addition to the stay. the best aspects of this hotel were its close proximity to the slopes and the attentive staff.
Can't fault anything about it.

The location was sick, only a short distance from both the Real Club de Golf de Cerdanya and the Vall d'Ordino Golf Course. We had a blast hitting the links and the cable programming in the room kept us entertained when we needed downtime. It was lit!
The only thing that could've made our stay even more lit was if there was a banging nightclub or party scene nearby. A place for us young party animals to let loose and turn up would've been the icing on the cake.
